1. Orders

• Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we have confirmed your payment and you have approved your proof.
• We may decline an order, for example if the artwork is unsuitable for printing or breaches section 4. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

2. Proofs

• We send you a digital proof before printing. Please check it carefully. Once you approve it, we are not responsible for mistakes in the approved artwork, such as spelling errors.
• Colours on screen and in print look different. Printed colours, especially on holographic and glitter finishes, may vary slightly from your file and from the online mockup.
• The online mockup is an illustration. Finish effects are simulated and may not exactly match the printed sticker.

3. Payment

• Prices are in Singapore dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payment is by PayNow, using the QR code or details shown at checkout, with your order number as the payment reference. You pay before your order is sent to us, and upload a screenshot of the payment to complete it.
• We check every payment against our bank account. If we can’t find your payment, we’ll contact you, and we won’t start your order until it’s sorted out.

4. Your artwork

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything in the artwork you upload.
• We do not print artwork that infringes someone else’s rights or that is offensive or unlawful.
• You keep all rights to your artwork. We only use it to make your order, and we will not share or sell it.

5. Cancellations & refunds

• You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof.
• Because every order is custom-made, we can’t accept cancellations or returns once printing has started.
• If your stickers arrive damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving them, with photos. We will reprint or refund the affected stickers.
• Smooth outline. Our editor smooths the cut line by default, filling tight gaps and sharp inward corners so the stickers cut cleanly. If you turn Smooth outline off, the cut follows your design more closely and may come out uneven or rough in tight areas. Cuts affected by this are not a printing defect, so they aren’t refunded or remade.

6. Delivery

• We deliver within Singapore only.
• Mailed orders are sent by tracked local mail, and we’ll share the tracking number with you.
• Please make sure your address is correct. Re-sending to a corrected address may cost extra.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
