A PNG with a transparent background works best. We use the transparent area to find the outline of your design and add the border around it.

For sharp prints, your image should be at least 300 DPI at the size you order (roughly 600 × 600 pixels for a 5 cm sticker). The editor warns you if your file looks too small.

Yes, it will be cut as a rectangle around the whole image. For a sticker shaped like your design, remove the background first (most drawing apps can export a transparent PNG).

It is the coloured outline around your design, and the sticker is cut along its outer edge. A border keeps the cut away from your artwork, so small cutting variations don’t clip it. You can choose its colour and a thickness from 1 to 10 mm.

It fills in narrow gaps and sharp inward corners in the outline, which gives a cleaner cut and a sturdier sticker. Turn it off if you want the outline to follow every detail.

Yes. The width and height you enter are the size of the finished sticker, border included.

S$0.012 per square centimetre: the sticker’s width × height in cm (border included) × S$0.012, rounded to the nearest cent. For example, a 5 × 5 cm sticker is 25 cm² × S$0.012 = S$0.30 each. The editor shows the exact price as you change the size.

By PayNow. At checkout we show you a QR code with the amount and order reference already filled in. Scan it with any Singapore banking app and confirm, then upload a screenshot of the completed payment. Your order is sent to us once the screenshot is uploaded.

On your phone? Tap Save QR code, then use your banking app’s “scan from gallery” option.

Please pay soon after checking out. The QR code works until the end of the next day (Singapore time), and the date is shown under it. If it expires, you can get a new one. Already paid just before it expired? You can still upload your screenshot.

So we have your correct email address for your proof and order updates, and so we can remember your details for next time. We only receive your name and email address from Google, never your password. You need a Google account to order online; if you don’t have one, email us and we’ll take your order directly.

No problem. Email us your order number and the time you paid, and we’ll match it up.

Yes. We send a digital proof to the email or Telegram you gave at checkout. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Yes. Sign in to My orders to see your past orders and tap Order again. To reorder a sticker in one tap, tick Keep my design files at checkout. Otherwise we delete your files 30 days after your order is completed, and you’ll just need to upload the design again.

Yes: at least 10 stickers of each design. You can mix designs and finishes in one order, as long as each design has 10 or more. The finish sample pack has no minimum.

Production time depends on the size of the order. We’ll confirm the timeline when we send your proof.

Choose at checkout: self-collection, or tracked mail within Singapore for S$3. Every mailed order is tracked, so you can follow it to your door.
