Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact details you give at checkout: name, email, phone number and, if you choose, your Telegram username. When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address.
• Delivery address, if you choose mail delivery.
• Your designs and the sticker settings you chose.
• Payment details: the payment screenshot you upload, and what appears on our bank statement when you pay by PayNow, such as your name and the reference. We never see your bank login or card details.

Why we collect it

Only to make and deliver your order, send you proofs and updates, and keep the records a business needs. We do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.

Saved details

When you check out, we save your name, phone number, Telegram username, delivery method and address with your Google account, so they’re filled in for you next time. Only someone signed in to your Google account can see them. Email us to have them deleted.

Where it is stored

• Orders, design files and payment screenshots are stored with Cloudflare, our website host.
• We receive order notifications, including your payment screenshot, through Telegram.
• Your cart is stored in your own browser until you check out. Clearing your browser data removes it. While you’re signed in, your Google sign-in is kept in that browser tab only.

How long we keep it

• Design files, print files and payment screenshots are deleted 30 days after your order is completed, and no later than 90 days after you order.
• If you tick Keep my design files at checkout, we keep your design files so you can order them again from My orders, until you delete them there or ask us to.
• A small preview of each sticker and your order details stay in My orders, so you can see what you ordered.
• We keep basic order records (what was ordered, when and for how much) for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
